Project Summary: This research investigates mental health, sense of belonging, and self-perceived social support among immigrants from non-English-speaking backgrounds in Canada. Through surveys conducted with adults aged 18 and older, we are establishing their feelings of connection, levels of social support, mental health status, and overall quality of life..
Participants receive a small gift card as a token of appreciation for their time and effort. While participation may not offer direct personal benefits, the insights gained from this study have the potential to enhance support systems for others in similar circumstances.
Once participant recruitment is complete, all data will be analyzed collectively to ensure individual privacy. Findings will be shared through social media, this website, and academic publications and presentations.
