Research Topic: Short-Term Memory and Cognitive Load in Multilingual University Students
Research Project: This study aims to investigate cognitive load during short-term memory (STM) tasks in university students whose first language is not English. Using computerized STM tasks and eye-tracking pupillometry, this study will examine the cognitive effort required by native English speakers and non-native English speakers under high and low memory demands.
