Research Topic: Effects of Social Media Overuse on Young Adult Mental Health and Perceived Well-being
Research Project: My project examines how social media use impacts the mental health of young adults, focusing on depression, anxiety, subjective well-being, and life satisfaction. It also aims to compare the negative effects of social media use with general internet use. After graduation, I plan to pursue graduate studies with the goal of becoming a clinical psychologist.
In my free time, I enjoy playing and watching football, watching movies, and reading.
