Research Topic: Cognition, mental health, and lifestyle in middle-aged adults

Research Project: I am currently conducting a study examining the relationships among cognitive function, mental health, and lifestyle factors in middle-aged adults. This research aims to better understand how everyday lifestyle and psychological factors contribute to cognitive health during midlife, a critical period for identifying early changes associated with aging and neurological risk.

I am particularly interested in cognitive decline and in developing effective cognitive interventions and rehabilitation strategies that support prevention, treatment, and improved quality of life

In my free time, I enjoy baking, reading, and hiking.
