Dr. Olivier Valentin is a Neuroengineering Researcher and Assistant Professor at the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders (SCSD) at Dalhousie University. He also holds a cross-appointment with the Department of Biomedical Engineering. Prior to this role, he served as a Research Associate with the Brain Repair and Integrative Neuroscience Program (BRaIN) at the Research Institute of McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC). Dr. Valentin’s research lies at the intersection of hearing health, cognitive neuroscience, and medical technology, focusing on advancing patient care and improving quality of life through innovative and interdisciplinary approaches.
